No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
The kind human project is an offshoot of South Colonie High School's iCARE team. The iCARE team (a living embodiment of the core values: Integrity, Community, Accountability, Respect, Empathy) was forged in 2011 to promote civic responsibility, advocacy and inclusivity throughout our community. As human beings, kindness is inherent, but can get lost among our daily concerns. We are your kindness reminders and ambassadors.
Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.
We aim to influence the population of humanity to grow more "kindness conscious" human beings. Our focus is to empower the 'doer' resting in all of us. A school of difference makers becomes a community of difference makers, a community becomes a town, a town to a city, a city to a state, and on...kindness has no geographic boundaries. We need everyone out there to reassert kindness and share all about it.
If you want to change the results, you need to change the experience.
We are looking for your testimonials. Tell us about kindness happening to you. Tell us about kind acts you've performed. Share videos and pictures of kindness caught, appreciated and reflective of humankind living as kind humans.
